If you are looking for a presenter to speak at your function, Theresa is available for speaking engagements about the History of Charleston and the Gullah Geechee culture. She has given presentations throughout South Carolina and Georgia at public and private schools, museums, libraries, festivals, private functions and many more. She is an Artist in Resident. She loves making “baby quilts” and occasionally makes a large quilt. She shares her artifacts and Gullah life experiences with students during her presentations to the schools. She was featured in National Geographic Video Magazine and was a contributor to the new National Museum of African American History and Culture, where she subsequently received a VIP invitation to the pre-opening.
